From payment to dispatch

At Bokksu, a paid order is processed in 0–1 business day once payment is confirmed. Processing operates on weekdays from Monday to Friday and pauses for weekends and public holidays. Saturday, Sunday, and holiday purchases begin on the following business day.

Checkout price and service area

Checkout identifies a shipping rate, if one applies, before the order is completed. It also identifies free shipping whenever that option is available. We currently deliver only inside the United States; checkout presents the destinations that can be selected.

Information needed for delivery

Customers should confirm that their shipping address is both complete and correct before ordering. We are not accountable for delay or delivery failure resulting from an address supplied as incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable.

If an address needs correction, reach us as soon as possible. We will try to update it before shipment. After an order is processed or dispatched, however, the change is not guaranteed.

Tracking, delay, and delivery reports

A shipment email includes tracking information when it is available. Following carrier acceptance, tracking can take up to 24 hours to show an update.

Estimated timing may be affected by weather, carrier issues, public holidays, unusually high volume, or other events beyond our control. Contact the team after an overdue estimate and we will help inspect the delivery status.

For tracking marked delivered but not received, look around the destination first and request information from the carrier. Our team can assist in reviewing the matter if assistance remains necessary.
